GrabTabs Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrabTabs ("the Service"), operated by onp0int, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GrabTabs is a browser extension that allows users to copy and organize browser tab information. The Service offers:

• Simple Mode: Fast, flat list of tabs (free)
• Smart Mode: AI-powered tab grouping and summaries (requires subscription or your own API key)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

GrabTabs offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter (Free): Free forever - Simple Mode unlimited, 5 Smart Mode trials, latest 10 sessions archived
• Pro: $3.99/month - Unlimited Smart Mode, Unlimited Archives, Priority AI processing
• Pro Annual: $36/year - All Pro features, 25% savings compared to monthly billing
• Lifetime (Early Access): $79 one-time - Full Pro features forever, no renewal or monthly fees

4.2 Payment Terms

• Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Annual subscriptions are billed yearly in advance
• Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments with no renewal
• Payments are processed through Paddle, a third-party payment processor
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
• If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled

4.3 Subscription Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each month
• Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each year
• Lifetime subscriptions do not renew (one-time payment)
• You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date (monthly/annual only)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page (monthly/annual only)

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time (monthly/annual subscriptions only)
• Lifetime subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

4.5 Usage Limits

• Starter (Free): 5 Smart Mode trials total (not per month)
• Pro: Unlimited Smart Mode requests
• Pro Annual: Unlimited Smart Mode requests
• Lifetime: Unlimited Smart Mode requests
• Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle for monthly/annual plans
• Starter tier trials do not reset (5 total lifetime)
• Exceeding usage limits may result in temporary suspension of Smart mode features

4.6 Archive Limits

• Starter (Free): Latest 10 sessions archived
• Pro, Pro Annual, Lifetime: Unlimited archives

5. Free Tier (Starter)

The Service offers a free Starter tier that includes:

• Simple Mode (unlimited use)
• 5 Smart Mode trials (total, not per month)
• Latest 10 sessions archived
• All export formats
• Keyboard shortcuts & Dark Mode
• Local storage of preferences

Smart Mode is also available on the Starter tier if you provide your own AI API key (unlimited when using your own key).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI API Keys

If you choose to use your own AI API key for Smart Mode:

• Your API key is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers
• You are responsible for the security of your API key
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through your AI provider
• We are not responsible for any issues with third-party AI services

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by onp0int and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://privacy.onp0int.com.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless onp0int and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
